Ardee Industries Limited has launched its initial public offering (IPO) today, with a grey market premium (GMP) indicating a 15% premium over the upper price band of Rs 53 per share. The IPO, which is open from August 5 to August 7, 2026, aims to raise Rs 425.87 crore through a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale.

The company has set the price band for the IPO at Rs 50–53 per share, offering investors a stake in its lead recycling and non-ferrous metals business. The public issue includes a fresh issue of 6.04 crore shares worth Rs 320 crore and an offer for sale of 2 crore shares valued at Rs 105.87 crore.

The proceeds from the IPO will be used to strengthen Ardee Industries' balance sheet and support expansion initiatives. Specifically, Rs 220 crore will be allocated to working capital requirements, and Rs 20 crore will be used for the repayment or pre-payment of select borrowings, with the remaining funds for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 1993, Ardee Industries operates in the sustainable recovery and recycling of end-of-life energy storage products and non-ferrous scrap. The company serves over 50 customers globally, exporting to countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United States.

Ardee Industries' manufacturing facility in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, boasts a production capacity of 104,025 metric tonnes per annum and is certified with ISO standards for quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management.

The company's financial performance has been robust, with total income rising by 57% to Rs 1,168.9 crore in FY 2025-26, and Profit After Tax (PAT) surging 155% to Rs 84.7 crore.
