Real estate firm Dalcore has awarded a Rs 225 crore construction contract to BL Gupta Construction (P) Ltd for its luxury housing project 'The Falcon' in Sector 53, Gurugram.
The project, which spans nearly 2 acres and includes 5 lakh sq ft of built-up area, will feature 96 apartments.
This development is part of Dalcore's Rs 500 crore investment plan announced in April, in collaboration with global design and lifestyle brand YOO.
Cushman & Wakefield is the strategic marketing partner for the project.
