The IPO aims to raise Rs 1,617.59 crore and is priced between Rs 92 and Rs 97 per share. Shiprocket has already secured Rs 727.41 crore from anchor investors, with significant participation from domestic mutual funds. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 9.13 crore shares worth Rs 885.60 crore and an offer for sale of 7.55 crore shares valued at Rs 731.98 crore.

Retail investors showed significant interest, leading to a 9.77 times subscription in their category. Non-Institutional Investors subscribed 4.84 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers subscribed to 3% of their reserved portion. The grey market premium for Shiprocket's IPO stands at Rs 37 per share, indicating a potential listing gain of 38% over the upper issue price.

Shiprocket plans to use the IPO proceeds to strengthen its technology platform, expand operations, and accelerate growth initiatives. The company has earmarked Rs 294 crore for marketing and brand-building activities and Rs 211 crore for enhancing technology infrastructure.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalized on August 17, with shares scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 19, 2026. Analysts have maintained a 'SUBSCRIBE' recommendation, citing Shiprocket's strong positioning in India's e-commerce ecosystem.
