Skyways Air Services Limited is set to launch its Rs 582.8 crore initial public offering (IPO) on August 24, 2026, closing on August 27, 2026. The IPO aims to strengthen the company's financial position by reducing debt and funding working capital requirements.

The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 2.89 crore shares worth Rs 398.8 crore and an offer for sale of 1.33 crore shares aggregating to Rs 184 crore. Priced between Rs 131 and Rs 138, the IPO offers a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 36.80 times at the floor price and 38.76 times at the cap price, compared to an industry average P/E of 491 times.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 100 equity shares, with subsequent bids in multiples of 100 shares. The IPO allotment is expected to be finalized on August 28, 2026, with shares proposed to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on September 1, 2026. Holani Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.

The net proceeds from the IPO will be used to repay or prepay certain outstanding borrowings amounting to Rs 216.79 crore and to meet incremental working capital requirements of Rs 130 crore. The remaining funds will be allocated for general corporate purposes, with an estimated total utilization of Rs 346.79 crore.

Skyways Air Services reported a 25% increase in total income to Rs 2,839.67 crore in FY2026, with profit after tax rising 32% to Rs 63.52 crore. The company's robust financial performance underscores its growth trajectory and improved profitability.
