Reliance Industries, India's most valuable company, has announced a final dividend of Rs 6 per share for the financial year ending March 2026. Investors must purchase shares by June 4 to be eligible for the dividend, as per SEBI's T+1 settlement norm.
Reliance Industries has a history of consistent dividend payouts, declaring 28 dividends over the past 25 years. The company's dividend yield currently stands at 0.42%, according to Trendlyne data. Last year, Reliance paid a dividend of Rs 5.5 per share in August, following an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share in August 2024. Additionally, a 1:1 bonus issue was announced in October 2024.
The shareholding pattern of Reliance Industries as of December 31, 2026, shows that promoter and promoter groups hold a 50.01% stake, while the public holds the remaining 49.99%. The company reported a 13% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit, amounting to Rs 16,971 crore in Q4 FY26, although revenue from operations increased by 13% YoY to Rs 2.98 lakh crore.

Reliance Industries' stock has experienced a decline, falling 3% in one week and 8% in one month, closing at Rs 1,313 per share on the NSE on Wednesday. The stock has decreased by nearly 17% in 2026 so far, though it has gained 7% over three years and 19% over five years.
